At Crafty Fox, we understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned. If you're looking to return an item, we're here to help, assessing returns on a case-by-case basis. For a return to be considered, ensure your items are unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Cut-to-Measure Items: Chose a custom-cut fabric or trim? Please choose these items carefully, as we can't accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind for cut-to-measure products. Not sure? Consider ordering a sample first – we're just a message away!
Packaged Items: If you've had a change of heart about a packaged item, you're welcome to return it in its original, unused condition. Please note that return postage is on you, and we'll provide an exchange or credit voucher in return (no refunds). Get in touch within 7 days of receiving your goodies to get the ball rolling.
All Products: We aim for our product images to be as true-to-life as possible, but screen variations can occur. If there's a mix-up or something's not quite right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and refrain from cutting or pre-washing the fabric. We follow Australian Consumer Law for any faults, offering suitable solutions. However, mismatches with existing items are considered a change of mind.
