DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as goods are cut, packaged and shipped as quickly as possible.
Orders are picked up twice a day, in the morning and afternoon.
So once collected it cannot be retrieved, even if it is not yet scanned, I cannot change a shipping address.

We SHIP 6 DAYS A WEEK, except during emergencies.

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUT FABRIC UNLESS I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE. PLEASE MESSAGE WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

I ship to selected countries in the world. Please note, some countries charge a customs fee for packages, this I have no control over and I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties charged to you.

I do not purchase insurance for international packages, however customers are very welcome to do so. If a package is lost in another country, I cannot call the post office there, it is the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
I gladly accept cancellations if the Request of a cancellation is placed within 1 hour of purchase

Once fabric for your order has been cut, I cannot accept a cancellation.
If you change your mind on your order, and I have not yet cut the fabric, then I am happy to cancel the order for you.

I don’t accept returns or exchanges

Please be aware that I am not responsible for any eventual loss of parcels or delays in shipping.

Parcels sent within Australia and Overseas are fully trackable and you will be given a tracking number.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees/taxes.
We are required to mark “merchandise” and the ACTUAL amount paid for your merchandise on all custom forms. Please do not ask us to alter this information to lower your custom fees, due to Federal Law, we cannot alter or change information.
