Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We totally understand—plans change! You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After this time, your order is already being processed and we’re unable to make adjustments.

Please note: cut-to-measure items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and the UK. Please note that shipping to the United States is temporarily unavailable. If you’d like to enquire about delivery to another destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders are cut, packaged, and dispatched quickly, so once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we’re unable to retrieve or redirect it—even if it hasn’t been scanned yet.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship to selected countries worldwide.

Please note that some destinations may apply customs fees, duties, or taxes on incoming parcels. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are outside of my control. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be Uncut / Unworn / Unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are not acceptable.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2 days from when we receive the item(s).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs - this will Not be refunded.

Items which CANNOT be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on Sale
  • Wool
  • Patterns
  • Books

Are you responsible for lost or delayed parcels?

Once an order has been shipped, I’m not responsible for any delays or lost parcels while they are in transit.

All orders, both within Australia and overseas, include full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to delivery.
